Data speeds on a Sprint Samsung Note 2 flashed to Cricket?

So from what I understand, from googling and reading on these forums, is that I can only flash a Sprint Samsung Note 2 over to Cricket's 3G speeds. Which isn't too bad considering we don't have 4G LTE here in Buffalo NY anyway. My girlfriend has T-Mobile's 4G on her Galaxy s3 which is fast enough. So my question is this:

How is the data speed on a Sprint Note 2 that has been flashed to Cricket? Is it comparible to T-Mobile's 4G network? I want to buy a Sprint Note 2 with a bad ESN and flash it to Cricket but the 3G speed that I will, apparently, get is scaring me. Thanks.
