    FAQ: My Muve Music service isn't working. What's wrong?

    If you made a Bridge Payment, that is probably why. After you pay your full bill your Muve Music service will start working again. If you didn't make a Bridge Payment, and are still having issues, try making sure you're on the correct plan. You need to be on a Muve Music plan, not a regular plan. If you've tried both of them, try taking out your MicroSD card, and putting it back in. That should resolve your issue. If you're still having problems please call customer service.
