    FAQ: Why is my Internet so slow?

    It is probably because you've gone over the usage on your plan. There could also be a lot of people on the network and that could be another reason that it's slowing down.

    If you're on an Android or Blackberry plan, you may be throttled after 1 GB. If you're on a broadband plan, depending on which plan you have, you may be throttled after 2.5 GB, 5 GB, or 7.5 GB. When you're throttled, you will most likely experience speeds around 100 kbps. This is usually enough for basic web browsing, but you will really notice a difference when watching YouTube and downloading different things, such as applications.
