    This is quite long, but I think it's a good example of one type of customers that Cricket gets. Look at Dan N Mandy's posts. Guy just doesnt get it. Not mention he's an ass.

      • Laurel Anderson joe....the "support tab" only works for "cricket wireless' invisible friends, not real live paying customers. ........her eis the update on my originally-small issue-------it is entering mid december. you have not yet resolved nor even taken care to examine the billing issue of the 85 dollars i paid for a month of service which you then did not provide. my card company said oh yes, you did get the payment in october, and oh yes, you did keep it. there is no record of any attempt to refund. but you still owe me, since i paid that 85 and i received exactly 2.7 days of service fo rthe money. why are you doing this to me? or is this normal operations for you? no, your customer service people cannot help, and htere are no corporate clowns on your fb page support tab. it always leads to nowhere. in fact, every avenue still leads to nowhere. the consensus seems to be that if you stole my money and i cannot just accept that, its MY problem, not yours. now, if i OWED you money, you would be all over my crap getting very personal too, but if its the other way around, you just laugh and sit back and say, well, i must not be contacting the "right" people> what is that supposed to mean?8 hours ago Like

      • Daniel Encarnacion At least with Cricket there is a corporate store to go to... You can't say that about some of Cricket's compeititors who use only authorized dealers or national retailers meaning customers are forced to call into a call center. I've been a dealer for a long time offering Cricket, Boost, Page Plus, etc., and Cricket is by far the best overall customer service experience because they have local corporate stores. And believe it or not, it's a million times easier to get ahold of Cricket customer service than Boost. Plus Cricket has Bridge Pay. Of course everyone has their own preferences and choices. If you don't like Cricket by all means try something else, but my professional unbiased opinion (selling all of them) is Cricket is the best.39 minutes ago Like

I can not get in touch with anyone by calling costumer service there requier some number or I.d that I don't what they speak of an that is jus b able to speak to someone an with the I d number it jus hangs up with u . Trust me iv brought it up with store reps to an they have no clue what I'm talking about . Its very frustrateing try fix something that no one has a clue about . To call the insureance company for problems that my wife is haveing with her cell . Well no one doesn't even answer so I'm stumbed an u need to get a hold of the insurance to have the phone replaced

    In all fairness, the majority of cricket representatives are complete tools. I've had to speak with them a few times to resolve issues and they never seem to know what they're doing. They constantly give conflicting information. I love Cricket for the Cell Service they provide. The Customer Service though is a major problem. Although WOOF you seem to be one of the few smart dealers.

    I agree customer service needs work, but no one in the above posts is looking for a solution. They just want to be a jerk. Pretty weak to belittle someone because of their job and call them names in the same post as they criticize their professionalism. Makes me want to punch her in the throat.

    You also have to remember that no one that does their phone support lives in this country. They don't have Cricket and know only what they get in their training book. How good could they be if they aren't familiar with the service?

You can't say that about some of Cricket's compeititors who use only authorized dealers or national retailers meaning customers are forced to call into a call center. I've been a dealer for a long time offering Cricket, Boost, Page Plus, etc., and Cricket is by far the best overall customer service experience because they have local corporate stores. And believe it or not, it's a million times easier to get ahold of Cricket customer service than Boost. Plus Cricket has Bridge Pay. Of course everyone has their own preferences and choices. I can not get in touch with anyone by calling costumer service there requier some number or I.d that I don't what they speak of an that is jus b able to speak to someone an with the I d number it jus hangs up with u . Trust me iv brought it up with store reps to an they have no clue what I'm talking about . Its very frustrateing try fix something that no one has a clue about . To call the insureance company for problems that my wife is haveing with her cell . Well no one doesn't even answer so I'm stumbed an u need to get a hold of the insurance to have the phone replaced

    I loved Cricket Wireless until now. I pay $60 per month ($55 service $5.00). I pay for the data as part of my service. I use a program that allows me to tether my netbook to my phone. I have been doing this for over a year. Tonight I went to set up my netbook so I can do my school work. I go to iog into my class and now I have to pay 10 doliars more per month? Really?!

    I pay already for the Internet, now I have to pay for it twice. This is simply greed. Shame on you Cricket.

      • Danny Blaze Actually Chalo, my plan says nothing that you stated. Besides, am I not paying for the bandwidth? I am and if I am only given 1.0Gb per month, how I use that should be up to me.

        I never mentioned the fact that Cricket cut the cap from 2.5Gb to 1.0. No matter how I look at it, I am now paying more for less.

      • Jason Wood Danny you were exploiting a non supported feature of your phone/account. Cricket decided that they would offer this as a supported feature and decided to charge for it. The bandwidth cap didnt change as a result, but since it's their network and their service they can charge for it if they want to. You can call it greed or whatever you like, but it's reality. If you don't like it, switch to a carrier that doesnt charge for tethering. Let us know who you go with.3 hours ago Like
