    Motorola QA4 Billing issues

    I was contacted over a year ago by Cricket informing me that my bill was going to be reduced because they were dropping the $25 service charge on the Evoke to bring it in line
    with their android plans.... To this day I am still being charged this fee and forget getting help from a Cricket store and I have sent over 10 msgs to Cricket billing with no response...
    Any ideas folks or is this a ploy by Cricket to get me to purchase a new phone?????

    Was told by every store within the Pittsburgh area that I had the only available plan for this phone which requires "tri-band" which was an additional monthly charge... Cricket dropped this fee last year when they introduced their Android service
    and went to flat rate plans.... Apparently they forgot to change their billing rates in their computers and have been "sticking" those who still use the Evoke phone with this fee.... I also have their Broadband for a business notepad and for
    one cell phone and their broadband my bill is $130 per month (including insurance) which is ridiculous... I'd be better off with COMCAST.... Of course it would help if those in billing spoke english because I have got no where with them and gave up
    trying... Numerous emails to Cricket have also failed!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I see you have the new Samsung Indulge, great phone with a $55 flat rate android plan.... I have a ghost plan that no longer exist.... My broadband fee is $45 which would make my
    phone $85 per month.... Something sucks in Denmark with this equation and I keep getting the run around at every Cricket store contacted......

    You should fill out the forum's contact us form and I'm sure they can change your plan out if its possible. They offer free plan changes for all forum members and are quite knowledgeable.
