My trials and their errors Flashing Companies

So I am a dealer here in Tuscon and I have been testing flashing software the pros the cons and what I find suits my needs best. Over the past 6 months I was using Flash to Talk, CDMA Flasher, Cyberflashing and Wireless Workshop. They all work as intended most of the time. Model support for F2T and CF was good but not great, CDMA Flasher gives you the tempting iphone option and Wireless Workshop had the most supported devices out of all. Ease of use, almost all of these softwares are easy to use once you figure out how to get the devices connected. Average flash times ran from seconds to 15 minutes on all of these which is impressive. When I did have trouble with devices I would attempt to get support. Support was my deciding factor. If I have an issue and a deadline to make with my customer, I do not have 24 hours to wait for a response, I need live support at times. Wireless Workshop has the best support hands down. F2T offered live support but the support agents seemed like machines, no personality and I am willing to bet they are probably based in another country or at least it feels that way, at least they were not rude. CDMA Flasher support is non-existent, they are rude and not helpful in the least bit, I see why they offer the iphone (to make up for the garbage customer service). Cyberflashing unfortunately did not make it to the support phase of my trials. Nothing really bad to say about cyberflashing its just not going to work for me, I need more options. In the end I decided to go with $75 unlimited service with Wireless Workshop, if I didnt care about support and keeping my store open I would have chosen CDMA Flasher for the iphone support. If you get time please post your experiences as well.

Thanks for choosing Wireless Workshop. We are working hard to bring you the best flashing solution possible. We have some game changing features that are in the pipeline and should be released in a couple of months that I'm very excited about.

We have some really great guys on our Instant Tech Support that do a great job resolving flashing issues quickly. We are happy to have them on the team.

We would like to have iPhone support, if anyone wants to help us out let me know... But, I like that you have your priorities straight.. You can end up losing lots of flashes because of poor support and that doesn't make sense at all.

    Thanks
p.s. The check is in the mail

By far Wireless Workshop is the best, there the only company that has support. I been flashing long time and still get stuck like we all do. Most times its something very simple I forgot to do, but by having live support I am able to get help find my mistake and get my customer out the door. Also there new version with android workshop built in it works great adds lot of options. I was the first reseller of the same program that CDMA flasher sells and will say at the time it was great but has not advance over the years. its like when android 2.3 came out and it was great till we saw what 4.0 ICS could do. In these markets you need a company that is keeping up with the new phones.

Since all software is the same price you might as well go with the company with the best support. I know that Wireless Workshop gave me a free trail(For Dealers) and I was hooked made the old software look weak.

I have been using remotesquad to flash for about 2 months now and do not really have any complaints. Other than about 1 or 2 iPhones I have done did not get internet, but they did let me know that there was a slight possibility of that before I signed up. I have done over 10 successfully though.
Does wireless workshop offer features that remotesquad does not? If so, what are they. Just a basic background. I am not a very experienced flasher, and would never be able to use DFS to flash a phone. I am just looking for the most effecient company to flash phones for my customers. I'm looking to see the difference between the two companies and any reason to switch over. I do love the fact that remotesquad has always been available to help via teamviewer whenever an issue does arise. Does wireless workshop offer the same?
Please help me make an infomed decision to better help my business.

I find it strange that "The Sauce" joined on the date of the post and have one post only, just saying . We would like to know what is your username with CDMA Flasher and how we do not have any existing support? We have been supporting our customers for almost two years now. We have the best experience by now, I would say .

While you find it strange, I find it inappropriate that you would question a paying customer and try to suggest something (I am not sure what you are suggesting, you aren't very clear). I guess I just did not like having to email you guys and wait for a repsonse, especially when it came time to pay, and your limited hours did not really work well for me being in Arizona. And in the beginning, I emailed someone from magical phones which you are a reseller for, and I did not want to mention it, but they were beyond rude. I wish I still had the email, it basically read, piss off why are you bothering me, I am not cdma flasher, and if you don't know enough to know that you shouldn't even use our software. Maybe I am blind or just that dumb, but I never not once saw an option for live support in regards to your support comment. All in all your software works usually, except an iphone flash I did yesterday where one of the profiles wouldn't write and I had to use cdmaiphonetool to get it written correctly. I have had no real bad experiences except with magical phones the actual company you resell for and that one iphone and this calling me out of sorts I find inappropriate. I seriously hope that Wireless Workshop has an iphone solution coming, they are much more reserved helpful and polite.
