    I put in and paid for an ESN change Saturday, I know it may take time with weekend and all.
    I just had a quick question about it, Was browsing through my account and from what I gathered it is still listed in my account as an open invoice even though I did pay for it.

    I suppose I just want to check in on it and make sure there is nothing else I need to-do at the current moment.

    Going on quite some time here and no response or acknolwedgement, how can I go about getting a refund?
