    Refund?

Hey guys my girlfriend got like two days of service out of her phone and it failed on her. Is there any way she can get a refund somehow?

it was a previously used phone and I'm going to put her on t-mobile so any advice on that would be great from a store rep or someone. Thanks guys

    Nope. Service is not refundable.

You could probably get the phone exchanged for a new one if you want. Most stores have a 30 days/30 minutes of talk time exchange policy, at least in this market. Not sure if they would do a refund on the phone, but Woof is right, service in non-refundable. (You agree to this when you accept the disclosure when starting your account.)

I've never, in all my days working at a Cricket store, seen anyone get a month of service refunded to them. You can go ahead and try if you want, but I'd be prepared to hit a pretty solid "No."

I've seen it happen simply to get rid of an extremely aggressive and annoying customer after reactivating his Crosswave and having a rep try to get it to connect for him for literally 2 hours. But if it's not on the same day it's a definite no, and always should be a no.

well thanks guys, they told me to call my bank and tell them it's an unauthorized charge and call them back and then they could. Seems like cheating in a sense, and i'm not quite sure of the legality. I'm hesitant to do it

You probably should have called to suspend service (if that is an option) instead of letting the month run out. Also, because it was a handset problem which you got used, it will probably be more difficult.
