    pYes the MSL is sticking but the PRL's are not working it still shows the phone number that was on the account is there anyway to completely wipe all of the old info and start from scratch with the boost mobile Samsung Prevail

    ##RTN# would take you back to stock maybe, but this will also change your SPC/MSL back to original. Also, just writing a PRL will not change the phone number or MDN. Let me point out a few things your should know before you go any further.

    MDN = Phone Number
    MIN = Mobile Identification Number aka IMSI
    PRL = Preferred Roaming List (shows your phone which towers to use)
    SPC/MSL = Programming lock code

    Honestly from your post it sounds like you should read some more before attempting to flash anything.

    Nam Programming to change your number, but you still need to read some more, try to understand why you are doing what you are doing. Basic Nam Programming on the Prevail = ##SPC/MSL#

    Do you have your MIN and MDN on hand? Do you know the SID for your area? If not read and get that together before you try anything else.

    Look at your flashing forums, like this one, look at General Discussion and usually you will find a sticky about the basics of flashing. Read those and if you need help getting your MIN please PM me
