    Signal boost

Is there anything out there that you can buy for a call signal booster -in home- that is compatable with cricket? (example airave, etc)
Or any other things that will improve reception?

That area in home(im in a lot) has bad reception -only there-most other areas and when out of home are fine(updated prl also)
Is there something i can create/buy that will bring signal to that area? maybe that 2 part mini antenna ,like in cars?
( buying signal repeater is last resort)

Are you in an AWS or tri-band phone area? If you are then the boosters that do support those frequencies are much more expensive than the cellular/pcs combo. The cheapest booster if in a PCS market is the Wilson Sleek. This booster/repeater is in the form of a cradle your phone has to sit in. While this may feel restrictive there are ways such as a bluetooth headset or home phone system with bluetooth and for text messaging an app such MightyText for replying from a computer or tablet.
