soon to be new customer to cricket with coverage questions (Austin, TX)

so im currently living in Austin in the thick of college campus with sprint. not liking sprint all that much. i will need to make a decision soon over carriers and so far cricket seems to be the best bang for the buck i can find. i have seen conflicting reports of people comparing cricket to t-mobile, and im not really sure what to make of it all. one guy shows cricket massively sucking, but im not so sure of how much i trust him as he was a T-mobile/metroPCS salesman. i have seen a couple on youtube which brought me to this site, but those videos were ancient old from 2012 and earlier. just curious what the response is currently in 2015.

    Thanks,

I live in Pittsburgh and I have Cricket. Cricket runs on AT&T's network so it is definetly better than T Mobile. My plan is 20 gb of data for $60.

I would go with Cricket over T-Mobile.
