When will cricket release their own tablet

Cricket had a tablet in the making but i don't believe they released it correct me of I'm wrong. But they should release one and nice one but still affordable. I would like a nice big one at least over 8-9inch's and android 4.0

Considering Cricket's 1Gb data cap on 3G for mobile service and the price and data caps for their mobile broadband services, a tablet from Cricket would more or less be a waste of money. You can pick up an Asus Transformer TF101 on Newegg for a good price and it is one of the best non-Apple tabs out there. I think they might even have a 3G version of it now and I'm sure it could be made to work on Cricket's network.

Most stores wouldn't carry it.... The corporate stores are "trying" to sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab and bundling it with the Crosswave and they still have the 3 they were originally sent some 5 or so months ago when they first started offering it....

From what they are saying, there is ZERO interest in it, even if they had 3G built in....

I know none of my stores would have a tablet if it was offered.... Too much money tied up into non-moving inventory....

After rereading this I think the better question is

Why would cricket release their own tablet?

There is no need to do so. There are enough table bargains out there. It would be a stupid move and a waste of resources.

I was down in Memphis this weekend for the Beale Street Music Festival and the Cricket tent there was showing off a 3g Samsung Galaxy tablet, so I guess it just depends on what area you live in.

Why not just flash a Xoom or galaxy tab? Would probably be the same cost maybe cheaper. Just a thought

Why bother flashing one to Cricket at all, it would just be a waste of bandwidth. There would be monthly 3G data caps and I'm willing to bet the plan would be at least as much as an Android plan. It's just not worth it in my opinion. Getting an unlimited plan from Sprint would be the best way to go if you must have 3g or 4G for a tablet.
