    How to use:

    Boot your device normally, plug USB in, charge only mode. Enable USB debugging in settings, make sure 'HTC Sync' is UNINSTALLED (on Windows).
    Windows - Install these drivers:
    HTC Windows drivers


    and run alpharevx as an administrator.
    Linux - In a terminal: wget
    http://alpharev.nl/x/beta/alpharevx.tgz


    && tar xfz alpharevx.tgz && chmod +x alpharevx && sudo ./alpharevx

    Simple question. i have the dinc2 but not to sure what the situation re-guarding 2.2.1. ive been trying for a few days here to get my dinc2 rooted n booted but to no avail. can i get assistance regarding this matter and help in any way or even pointed in the right direction.. thanks.. Z
