M.I.P and PPP Config are the two that you will need to get data working. If 3g is not working or showing, it can be the prl. I would say read the whole prl stick because I remember someone from el paso, tx saying he got good signal over there. It a hybrid I believe and make sure your on simple only. The Tunnel rev, password are correct, and Samsung r631 is so the account can thing it a regular phone. Not a android phone and to enable 3g to work. You can find your prl for your area by dialing *228 or *22806 and uploading it to the prl sticky if it new. Using the cdma ws, under other tab. Good luck

I may have goofed. I followed the instructions and wrote to the phone, I remember it said something like the ESN of this phone had changed. I did this before adding my phone to my cricket account. So my question is when I call to add my evo 3D to activate on my account, do I still use the ESN behind the battery or the new ESN that got written/changed with CDMA.

Your esn never changed. It is just a message that shows up each time the phone resets. So meid is still the same as it was before. To make sure you give the proper esn, dial ##786#, and it will display your meid hex and meid dec. Dec is what cricket needs.

Google revskills. Menu, bottom option, first option, first option. Put it on diag. port and use superhtcspc. Change it to the spc and read and then write.

    ***Attention chrisngrod***
When I tried to read the SPC via CDMA Workshop I received an error stating I needed a 6 digit code. Below is the fix that you should add to your tutorial:

If CDMA Workshop 2.7 gives you an error while trying to read the SPC click on the Terminal Tab and enter this:
    41 74 64 77 61 6f 70

Once you sent that using the Terminal Tab in CDMA Workshop you should be able to read & write SPC.
