Is it against Cricket's policy to use fully flashed Evo 3D on $45 plan?

The title says it all. I was wondering that because I read the tutorial of how to flash and it said something about account closure for the $45 plan. Just wondering because I have a $45 plan and I want to fully flash my evo 3D to that plan.

Android phones are supposed to be put on the $55 plan. I haven't heard of anyone getting their account shut off because of it being on another plan though.

They probably won't do it for you at a corporate owned Cricket store. I would go to an Authorized dealer that works with flashed phones, they will most likely know how to set you up on the $45 plan. It's not against Cricket's terms by any means.

It is worth mentioning that you get throttled after 500mb on the $45 plan (last I heard), and you get a MUCH slower 3g connection. Not to mention proxy browsing is slow to begin with. The extra $10 a month is completely worth it in my opinion.
