Any tricks to speed up data speed?

I am in the Vegas area and I do get the 3g icon on my EVO but data speeds still seem painfully slow. Any ideas? Btw I haven't reached the 1gb data cap yet.

You could experiment with different PRL's. Also making sure you have auto-sync disabled when you don't need it makes a huge difference.

No problem. I've noticed good results with PRL's 32100 and 45510 in NV.

I am running PRL 42600 and I havent reached the bandwidth cap yet. And data speeds are horribly slow. Not sure whats going on but trying to browse any webpage just takes forever its extremely frustrating. And this leads me to wonder how can cricket support their muve music service with these kind of download speeds? Doesnt even make sense?

That is a problem of living in a tri-band area.
