    you wouldnt edit APN on APK (if you can even do something like that), APN is a .xml file it should be accessed using APN Backup and Restore or voice search "Open APN"

    so the xml can not be accessed form the mms.apk directly?

    Im going to try to search for the xml... Well I can not copy apn's Using the market app because ICS will not allow 3rd party apps to edit apn's... Ill have to find a root method.

    I have the fix for you...install root explorer... download the app your ganna use to edit the Apns (ex. APN Backup and restore) and place it on the system/app folder...reboot And boom it will work.... now if you're using APN backup and restore you will need to desable ICS check...to do that open the app and press the menu key and desable it
