    Tried *228 over and over but it never activate. I can never get more than 2 bars.



    Tried *22804 and activated what next?

    go to settings and make it use PHONE time not NETWORK time, see if that helps

    You might need to walk me through it cause I never heard or seen that option under my settings menu
