Free cricket apps for the messager touch?

Does anyone know if cricket has a list of free apps for this phone? If so how do you navigate to it? Is there apps on a website than you can download to pc then move to phone via usb cable?
If I use "games & apps" the 'unable to retrieve' always pops up. I can only see whats new, best sellers, games, ect... but they all cost money. There has to be free ones out there?
It would be cool if someone could let me know.

If you're looking for apps it would be best for you to get an Android phone.

You can try dialing *228 and pressing send. It's possible that could fix the problem.

I'm assuming your Internet is working, it's just the "Games & Apps" that aren't working, correct?

The problem seems to be that either through the network or on the phone itself the ability to install games has been limited. Seems cricket only wants you to buy games from them. I do remember reading where some one used a file converter and was able to successfully install free games on his phone. He also said the proccess was limited and a hassle. When I got mine I thought it was a deal but with the limiting factors such as an outdated browser and only being able to install games from cricket I guess it wasn't all I thought it was.

yes this device is limited, however your problem may be fixed by going into your browser settings and clearing all the settings and restoring it to original factory settings. you may lose all your data so make sure to backup especially if you do a factory reset on the phone. as it may need it. the messanger touch is a nice phone for a nice price it's on sale right now! it's also on sale since it is end-of-life. . . replaced by android and regular bar phones. i highly suggest an upgrade if you're looking for apps
