    Feedback: They always palce you on hold & never pick backup, they ban most callers and put them on the forever hold to force customer to hangup. they are rude, they dont know what they are talking about 90% of the time as well as dont understand the customers needs! they suck! WARNING to Future Customers, when calling 1800-Cricket DO NOT Yell At them, do not get kocky, to get talk about or get super mad. they will add you to the For Ever hold as well as leave notes for future reps so after u give them your NUMBER, & AID, they will say something like " i need to place you on hold or ransfer you to someone that can help " moments later to 30 min later no one answers & for now on, this is all that u get! NO HELP!
