Following a leak from a couple of weeks ago, ZTE has today made official its latest affordable smartphone, the Blade X Max. The $149 phablet will be available starting from tomorrow, May 12, from Cricket Wireless.

Just as we heard, the Blade X Max sports a huge, 6-inch full HD display, which, combined with its 3,400 mAh battery and low-power Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC, promises a considerable battery life, which ZTE claims can reach up to 17.7 hours of talk time and a whopping 241 hours in standby mode.
