    iPhone DFS ESN lock?

Okay so from what i understand, DFS tools has the ESN on file of all iPhones flashed using their product, correct? And that it doesn't require you to pay again to change 3g values? Is this correct??

if you flashed it using DFS logged into your account you would have clicked on the activate device button which adds that ESN to your account as being activated and read and writable
