    Post Muve .apk

Anyone able to extract the .apk should be no problem moving the program from a Cricket to another Cricket based android.

Even if you could install it, you shouldn't be able to use the Muve service without the special Sandisk card and the Muve Android plan... Just my guess.

They set it up this way in order to protect the content. Didn't want people stealing the music lol. Vitality and Suede come with a 4gb SDcard with 3GB dedicated to music and 1GB for user storage. There is card you can purchase with 8gb total capacity (6gb music, 2gb user storage).

I'd like to see if this works with the Muve Music Android plan or the normal Muve plan (use proxy). Would be great for flashed phone users.

In general there are several security measures in place. If you stop paying for the Muve service, the files can't be played.

I'm sure there is a way to crack it, just like with everything else. If they didn't market it to the music industry with all of these safeguards, I don't think they would have done business with them.

Stealing music is easy as outputting the audio and recording it. There is no way to protect it completely.

Would love to test it out... Would be cool to sport another Android phone w/ Muve.. Besides Cricket system is flaky so there would be vulnerabilities..

Muve Music seems extremely secure, and I highly doubt your device would be able to read the special SD card.

True, even if you changed the esn from a muve music to another android and had the muve plan using the SD card would be the problem. Not like you can copy the partition off the SD card and add it to another

Good luck trying to get anyone to put it on the Muve Music plan too.. That would put their store in danger for sure.

All you need is to have one already active " original muve music" and change the esn of a android to the muve's esn and do a *22804 to get it updated. It'll be on the plan. But wouldn't recommend it lol

Changing a phones esn is a federal crime and I wouldn't recommend putting you or the forum in danger by promoting it. Just saying.

I almost got banned off xdadevelopers by talking about it when I was looking for a way to flash my evo.

There is talk of opening muve up for other phones. I've seen it on the A2.
I was told the app was on the card and self installed when inserted. I couldn't find any apk on the card. I think it may auto download it from somewhere. Haven't had a chance to tear the card contents apart.
If the vitality gets rooted, the apk could be pulled from there. MyAppSharer, won't even see the app, so I suspect it will have to be pulled out with root explorer or the like.
    Gingerbreak wouldn't touch it.
