    Vitality owners

Thoughts on this little device? Seems decent.

Source code is a nice plus but don't see any development yet. How new is this phone?

it's almost exactly the same as the samsung admire, only thing i dislike about it is the 150MB phone memory. otherwise i like the feel, and the way it handles. gorrilla glass is sweet and the battery life is better than the zte score, and the ascend2.

I like the extra battery, CPU speed and open source. Sucks there doesn't seem to be any development?

Still have an unopened score i might swap for a vitality.

    That will be a mistake.

Yeah, my battery life is great: http://www.cricketusers.com/cricket-...s-battery.html

I'm still impressed with the Samsung Vitality.

Because the Vitality is way more phone than the score.

I returned an unopened $30 SCORE for this $50 Vitality/BT Speaker Bundle.
I wouldn't say it's a lot better than the Score but it does seem to have more available memory.

Adobe Flash seems a little slower on the Vitality than the Score but the score needed a custom rom for flash to work.

Flashing cwm with Odin from the Admire seemed to work fine. Haven't needed to restore a backup yet.

I don't know about the gorilla glass, I've been real careful and have a scratch on the edge of the screen already. The Admire might have GG, but is there any confirmation that the Vitality does? I know other carriers like Sprint have opted out of having a manufacturer use gorilla glass to save a few bucks, even though other carriers have it in the same model.

I bought one of those $50 Best Buy bundles with the Monster BT speakers. Really happy with it so far -- rooted easily, reasonably fast, appreciated that it came with a 4GB SD card. If you consider it and use it as an iPod (i.e. if you never sign up for Cricket), it's a fantastic deal -- use for wifi internet, as a MP3 player, for geocaching, as an Android development platform or what have you.

Can you link me to something from Samsung or Cricket where it says the Vitality does have Gorilla Glass? I'm having trouble finding it.

I see on Samsung's site, the page for the MetroPCS Admire SCH-R720 says it has Gorilla Glass, but no mention of Gorilla Glass on the pages for for the Vitality or the Generic CDMA version. Don't see it on the Cricket site. Mine scratched so easily, I don't see how it could be Gorilla Glass.

Does anyone have a 16 digit pass code for Samsung R720 from MetroPCS? Thanks in advance!
