If u have voice dialer just use it and say "open APNS", then delete any apns u find in there, then in menu choose 'restore default', then edit the one that pops up by changing all settings to the pertinent cricket settings EXCEPT the "name" and "mnc"(if u change these the apn doesn't stick for some reason). Then save and reboot.
This is the only method that ever worked to get my mms working on the evo. Its the only way I could get the apn to stick.

This thread is for a product being offered by a developer who has supported the forum. It's not for discussing alternate means of getting MMS to function on "X" device.

Please post in the appropriate section.

Never had problems with it. All the settings are contained within this single application.

ANYONE looking for a SURE FIRE workaround for the MMS glitch with ICS or most Cricket flashed phones, needs to hop on board and talk to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I have a Nexus S 4g and was having the worst time trying to get my MMS to work. His APK works fine for me and was well worth the money and the effort he has put in to it...!!! IM CONVINCED and will stand by anything he puts his hands to in this forum...!!! THANKS AGAIN, MRAAB!!!

I wouldn't label it "using a new apk", but yeah, in a sense I guess.

Compiled from 4.0.x source as opposed to 2.3.x ...

Any way you can make a working APK from the stock epic touch? Touch wiz mms.apk.

Probably, but I don't plan on it. Disassembling & modifying is something I'm not very fond of, especially when source for AOSP is readily available...

Easier than that, your uuid doesn't change...

Find me on Google Talk and I'll get you set up.
