My Universal MMS just stopped working suddenly about 5 days ago. I've emailed the author, mraabhimself a couple times but no response.

Yeah accept for a few minor glitches it works well. I'm looking forward to the new coded version he's working on now.

what glitches does it sometimes not work?

Notification sounds don't play until a second message is received. All incoming MMS pics are received twice. Just minor annoyances. (Unless you have a wife/gf that sends you a txt asking a question and you don't know you have a txt until she sends the second one "Are you going to answer me?!?" That's when I try to explain she needs to send me two txts so I get the notification sound and then I get to hear a lecture on how her iPhone doesn't have that glitch and it's another reason why Android sucks.)

Lol its not Android its the app. They're are a few other apps out there you can try if you don't like that one. Handcent or whatever seems to work and I can't think of the other that my buddy uses

I'm here to report that all cricket flashed android phones may now bow down and submit to King Mraabhimself. His new mms instrument of destruction obliterates the armies of Multimedia Messaging Service disruption. At least it has in my two days of testing on the $45 plan, lol.

mraabhimself's new version allows you to freeze the old mms.apk. Or you can rename the old mms.apk to mms.spk.old. Either way, could help stop double messages.

i followed the directions, as far as downloading the app to test the features, and my mms still is not working. I have an HTC Evo on 2.3.3. Am I suppose to wait until I get the confirmation email.?

How do i go about getting this set up? i have been waiting for around 2 weeks to get a conformation email..
