Muve Music Phone and Service Issues
I only have had this phone since 07/30/11 so it may be Im just dumb lol. Issue #1- With this $55.00 plan you are to get unlimited ringbacks, problem is when I go to the Cricket site it tells me I have no credits and I need to put funds in my flexbucket account. WTF. Issue #3- I cant find or know how to shut the music off completely without powering down the phone, I can pause it but that screen comes up when I am trying to do other things. Any insight would be appreciated
