Verizon HTC One Max Official Android KitKat 4.4 OTA Update Available

It appeared that the Verizon HTC One Max was going to receive the Android 4.4 KitKat update first, but Sprint beat them to the punch.

NOTE: The Verizon HTC One Max is unlocked and can support HSPA+ on AT&Ts network up to 14.4mbps.

Finally after waiting a while, here it is:

Since I'm at work I've only tried to check if alarms can be dismissed and snoozed by voice like on my AT&T Note 3 after the update. No luck it seems. Also called the phone and no voice command options appeared.

At least for S & Gs I ran Antutu.

    Higher score is on KitKat.

Well, I can't say that I was impressed with the upgrade. My daily phone has been the HTC One Max with the Note 3 sitting on the bench.

I do use the Note 3 for an alarm clock and now that it can utilize voice commands, it makes for the best alarm clock ever :-).
