    Hello
I had been successful flashing my Droid Bionic using the instructions from the Razr with talk, text, MMS and stable 3G connections.
I do remember that Gingerbread was a little different than Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) to do it, but now Jelly Bean seems to be completely different on my Razr Maxx HD (XT926) running JB 4.1.2.
I do know that rooting isn't necessary for the flash.
I have read we must flash ICS radio to the phone in order to get the COM port connection?
Has anybody have been already successful accomplishing a Full Flash? I wanted to downgrade to ICS to try and flash it from there but apparently the phone has been locked and will not allow you going back with RSD once you are on JB.
The other option apparently was to use the Razr HD utility 1.10 which was for ICS but all the versions that I have found with live links are for the Jelly Bean root.
Does anyone have a copy of the Razr Maxx HD utility 1.10?
Come on people... be nice and shed some light to us the poor and weary hahaha.
Thank you for any replies or comments
I want to have this phone running already :/

It is possible. Rooting is needed. Though subscription mode change that that forum talks about can be skipped (that method erases your nv only after a factory reset, so it is not a permanent method). You don't need to downgrade the whole system to get it to stick to nv only.
If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?

Thanks for your reply. I was able to flash the ICS radio not even an hour ago.
I do have my phone rooted at this point also.
My problem is that my computer wont show the COM port connection anywhere. I have tried booting on BP Tools and nothing.
Any ideas on what could it be?
Should I be following the same steps as the Bionic or the Razr XT912?
Thank you do much for your help again.
Consider me as a noob so all the information you can give me is greatly appreciated and wont be rejected.

Yeah we have seen this done the only thing is that we are looking for the specific steps to accomplish this, not only a video showing a working device.
It would be nice if you had a tutorial or some more details on how to get it done.
    Thanks for your time!

So, just to clarify, nobody ever got this 100% flashed? I was right about to buy a Razr Maxx HD, but if it cannot be flashed, I suppose I'll have to pass. :'[

it can be flashed but in your case with cricket's 4g, just nv unlock it and use as a GSM phone.

Oh cool! So I can just take it into a cricket store and have it activated as a GSM? As I'm considering picking one up that's on craig's list, and understand the risks, would I still be able to activate if it had a bad IMEI/ESN with it's other carrier?

You just need a new cricket sim card that's activated for your number. No need for even verifying the imei on your device. Verizon and ATT don't share imei database anyways. Load this nv item to your device using cdma workshop and it will be unlocked.unlock nv hd.txt
