This contact form is not for general support for Cricket or flashing phones to Cricket. We have developed an organized forum where you can find assistance from other Cricket users. In order for the site to grow, users must post the answers to questions in the forum. The site will in turn serve as an online repository for Cricket knowledge. It will serve people into the future and document Cricket's past devices, plans, policies, etc.
The people behind the operation are volunteering their time to the community. In order to better serve everyone, we encourage the forum is used when possible. We cannot stress this enough.
Hours of Operation
Current hours for account changes are listed below.

During the off hours changes will be completed ASAP. Most of the time the turn around will still be rather quick during these periods.
If you are a supporting member (paid), you can request an ESN change, to add additional lines, or to change your phone number. Please remember these changes are made as a courtesy and we are not responsible for factors outside of our control.
Additional information concerning plan changes and new lines of service:
Cricket Users Forum cannot start brand new accounts. We can only add lines to accounts in good standing.
Due to Cricket's requirement of immediate payment upon a plan change, we can only downgrade plans (i.e. 45 to 35 dollar plan) or move them laterally (i.e. all in 55 plan to 55 dollar Android plan correction). We can change the phone type listed in the system so that Cricket can place you on the Android plan if required.
